At Kind Grinds Coffee Co, we want you to love every sip; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only accept returns on non-food items or offer replacements for damaged goods. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery.

Provide Documentation
For items damaged during transit, please attach clear photos of the packaging and product to help us expedite your claim.
Ship Non-Perishables
If returning brewing equipment or apparel, ensure items are unused and in original packaging before mailing them back to our roastery.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once your request is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide a store credit for your next bag of beans.
