How long does it take for my coffee to ship after roasting?
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches every Tuesday and Thursday. Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours of roasting via USPS or UPS.
Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum flavor longevity, or choose from several grind sizes including Drip, Espresso, and French Press to suit your brewing method.
Where do you source your coffee beans?
Kind Grinds Coffee Co. partners directly with fair-trade cooperatives in regions like Ethiopia, Colombia, and Sumatra. We prioritize organic farming practices and ethical labor standards.
What is your return policy on food items?
Because coffee is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Can I set up a recurring coffee subscription?
Yes! You can choose your favorite roast and delivery frequency (every 1, 2, or 4 weeks) through our 'Subscribe & Save' program to receive 15% off every order.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
We recommend storing your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and odors can compromise the delicate flavor profiles.
